Woes of Africa, Stanza Fifteen, Our Owns Too, Two

"Our kindred and acclaimed oracles of the Father of eternity have not seen the root of our woes. What they see are conduits of gold pots; even our prototype preferred sand bags over gold to get nourishment for wanderings and restore fatherly orderliness of souls". We cannot claim God does not glorify in earthly comforts while we are appealing to ourselves to raise or gather some earthly materials to his glory. When we sincerely serve our neighbors we are fulfilling the summary of the two revered and interlinked commandments. We should not tell others to be looking solely to heaven while we are gathering their earthly things for our comforts. What are our footprints? who do we follow? When spirituality does not yield the fruit of morality in society to create sanity through economic and social impacts, then those who hold the key to this need to reexamine themselves and their activities; otherwise a time comes, when they will not be needed in any endeavour.
